RESIDENTIAL HOUSE renovation

The reconstruction and renovation of the listed residential building, built in 1903, includes the consolidation of two apartments to two maisonettes, as well as the overall renovation including the building envelope. The staircase and the two facades were restored to their original color scheme and the stenciling work in the staircase was reconstructed.
