To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Swiss Alpine Club SAC, the Alpine Museum of Switzerland is transformed into a mountain hut full of stories. The exhibition leads the visitor through common, material and sleeping rooms and tells of summit feelings and valley descents, of comradeship and conflicts. The four parlor fragments illuminate focal points of the SAC, and in the Hodlersaal all 152 SAC huts unite to form a floating topography. Lying on the cushions in the mass loft, one can hear personal stories of SAC members.
