Laax (CH), 2021. Photography, screenwriter, direction and production of the videos. Concept development in cooperation with Groenlandbasel Architektur und Ausstellungen

For the Swiss Youth Hostels, I developed the small series «Sutga Rumantscha» (Romansh armchair) together with the scenography office Groenlandbasel – an interactive station to get to know the fourth Swiss national language. Rumantsch is spoken by only 0.5% of the Swiss population. Who are these 0.5%? Where does this language come from and what does it sound like? The «Sutga» provides answers to these and many other questions about the Romansh language. The Sutga offers a comfortable place for every curious visitor and brings the idiom of the locals closer to the visitor in an entertaining way with interactive language tests and knowledge about Romansh music and literature.
