100 years of Swiss Youth Hostels

100 years ago, on 28 April 1924, the Swiss Youth Hostels were founded. A century is a long time in which many stories have been written. 

To mark the anniversary, a room was added to the existing permanent exhibition at the Burgdorf Museum. For this room, I produced five film portraits in various youth hostels in Switzerland. Long-standing guests talk about their experiences, encounters, unforgettable moments and why they prefer to spend their holidays in Swiss youth hostels rather than anywhere else.
