My body belongs to me!

A good secret is easy and fun, a bad secret is hard and feels scary. “I have the right to say no” and “I know where to go for help”. Children learn these and other prevention messages on the “My body belongs to me!” course, ages 7-9. At six stations, primary school pupils learn how to act in a self-efficacious manner, categorise their own feelings and recognise when boundaries have been crossed.
